This weekend event will provide an opportunity to Strengthen Body, Mind & Spirit with a combination of gym training & nature’s mountain dojang.​


Age & Rank Requirements:

This event is designed to advance your Martial Arts experience. It caters to adults and mature teens. Accompanied children, 12 years and older, will be considered on a case by case basis.

This event is for martial arts students with a basic understanding of their martial art. However if a student is interested that is a new comer to martial arts, we will consider on a case by case basis.

**Please keep in mind that students of any style of martial arts is welcome.** ​
