Travel:
For Airline Travel you can fly into;
Aspen (ASE) 35 minute from Carbondale
Eagle/Vail (EGE) 45 minutes from Carbondale
Grand Junction (GJT) 1-1/4 hours from Carbondale
Denver (DEN) 3-1/2 hours from Carbondale, a beautiful drive!
Vehicle rentals and Mountain transportation services are available at the airport. These services can bring you directly from the airport into Carbondale, let us know if you are needing this information.
Car Travel is easily achieved and a beautiful drive up I-70 to Glenwood Springs, hang a right onto Hwy 82, travel down the road 15 minutes to Hwy133, into Carbondale.
Buses & Trains are available into Glenwwood Springs.
Lodging:
There are hotels, Inns and plenty of Air BnB's through out the area in Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. We have arranged a group discount at the Comfort Inn in Carbondale (See information below), this hotel is close to town, within walking distance or a short drive to our event location and is nice and comfortable with a pool and hot tub.
In addition to a multitude of hotels, there are many comfortable Air BnB's throughout town.
If you prefer a Bed & Breakfast stay, the Dandelion Inn is wonderful and right in downtown Carbondale. https://dandelioninnco.com
If you are looking for cost saving options, Glenwood Springs has a Hostle and Camping is available throughout the area.

Comfort Inn - Carbondale/Group Rates:
We will be setting up a Group Rate for the 2020 Retreat with the Comfort Inn. In previous years, the price for rooms were reduced from the standard $176/night to $125/night for our group. We will notify retreat registrants when we have blocked out rooms. These rooms will include optional rooms of 1 king size bed or rooms with 2 queen size beds, up to 4 people can stay in the rooms. PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS ASAP. Our room block is limited and they will only hold our room block until July 1st.
